iTunes takes up 80% of the digital market. It's not a good sign.
I hate seeing songs like Coming Home & Yack & Yellow above her.

Has the Press Release that's posted on Pulse been confirmed fake?
BRITNEY SPEARS TO LAUNCH SEVENTH STUDIO ALBUM "CRIMINAL" ON JIVE / ZOMBA RECORD LABEL
“HOLD IT AGAINST ME” VIDEO TO PREMIERE MONDAY FEBRUARY 14TH ON VEVO
Jive/Zomba recording artist Britney Spears announces her seventh studio album, Criminal, set for release March 22nd. The first single from the album, “Hold It Against Me”, debuted at #1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Chart, becoming Spears’ 4th single to top the charts in her decade-spanning career. “Hold It Against Me” was produced by long-time collaborators Dr. Luke and Max Martin, who co-executive produce the album alongside Larry Rudolph. The music clip for the video is set to debut in the US and Canada at midnight on February 14th through Britney’s official VEVO channel.
Criminal follows back-to-back critical and commercial successes for Britney, with Blackout (2007) and Circus (2008), and is to be launched in unison with a live televised special on MTV, soon to be announced by the network. For her latest release, Britney has recruited an incredible group of established producers/writers that include Dr. Luke (“Circus”, “California Gurls”), Danja (“Gimme More”), Stargate (“What’s My Name?”), William Orbit (“Ray of Light”), Rodney Jerkins (“Telephone”), Fraser T. Smith (“Broken Strings”), Bloodshy & Avant (“Radar”), Rusko, and long-time Spears collaborator Max Martin.
Britney Spears is one of the top-selling artists of the last decade, and to date, she has sold in excess of 62 million albums worldwide that include Baby One More Time (1999), Oops!…I Did It Again (2000), Britney (2001), In The Zone (2003), Blackout (2007), Circus (2008) and The Singles Collection (2009).
The Zomba Label Group consists of record labels Jive, LaFace, Volcano, Verity, GospoCentric and Fo Yo Soul. These labels represent a varied group of artists including Justin Timberlake, R. Kelly, Usher, Tool, Ciara, Chris Brown, Pink, Britney Spears, OutKast, Kirk Franklin, Three Days Grace, 311, Nick Lachey, T-Pain, Byron Cage, Bullet For My Valentine, Buddy Guy, Living Things, Anthony Hamilton, Donnie McClurkin, John P. Preach.
HIAM is YOUNG!!! Oddly, it hasn't even peaked yet.....songs like Coming Home & Black & Yellow are already peaking/falling....there is no way this downward trend will continue.

None of those fell like HIAM. Only Girl was stable before the video came out, BR didn't have a massive first week & therefore fell more positions because of that. It never freefell, & her team planned wisely by releasing the video while the song was still relatively new (3rd week - maybe?). I don't remember SL ever falling then rebounding.
HIAM's situation is a bit unusual.

of cours they didnt fall hard!
HIAM!! was at number one for 11 days!
brit is really stable
she would still be at number 9/10 if it wanst for "doctor"
and only girl did fall!
after everyone thought it peaked at 3!
it shot back to 1 a few weeks later! after wmn
!
single ladies took a while to become really succesfull
i remember thinking it was going to floping!

I don't love the top ten right now. Grenade is overplayed as hell, HB got old after a week (3 months ago), Coming Home is awful, Black & Yellow is terrible & I Need a Doctor is a blatant recycle of LTWYL.
