Yes, he did;
Circus was very light, and understandable what they were trying to accomplish. But it's essentially that forgetful album in her discography, in terms of the actual music. Her not performing any of the tracks on The Circus Tour further proves it.
"Get Naked" is probably the best song on
Blackout after "Gimme More", but it wasn't friendly enough. "BTI" was the best choice in comparison as far as commercial appeal.
yea that Adam shocked some ppl obviously but there's way more stuff to promote on. Not to mention she could even go and give an award out who knows. 
It's only a little cart thing, but it does look kinda' comical.
