I know! she's received so much support over there, she should reward them and make some promo, the album would increase its sales largely cause it seems it sells by itself but well hope she has some time after the Latin American leg of the tour ends

Sony Records "Epic" are wasting so much valuable time. She's been on a tour break for several weeks now, since her European Leg Tour and they haven't used that time wisely. Her Latin lef tour kicks off in March! They need to release a new single already...... I'm still surprised at how well this album is still doing with little to no promo and "Loca" was released in September and it's February now.

I don't understand Sony, they know the album is doing really well. they should take advantage of that and promote it everywhere. 5 months with 1 single (sale el sol is not doing much) is just not acceptable but well, they always fail to get things right

It's unacceptable Shakira is the highest selling artist at Epic Records, I really think they are trying to screw her over on purpose because she didn't renew her contract with them and is leaving for "Live Nation"....

Also, many things would be different if she had a good manager by her side, someone experienced and willing to make her an even bigger star than she already is

The smart thing to do is release "Rabiosa" for the Anglo region. Release a ballad for international release like "Antes De Las Seis.

A waste of potential...... She already performed there for "Sale El Sol" tour... They couldn't even manage to set some time for her to promote and release the single.

Do you guys really think islands would be successful? the original version was released not very long ago but yeah shakira's version is great and very fresh so who knows

'Islands" doesn't fit with the rest of the songs on Sale El Sol. It was a bit of a random cover to add it on the album. So, I'm assuming they are planning on doing something with the song?

Actually you're right, they might do something with it cause there was no need to include it on the album as it doesn't fit with the other songs but i really don't know what to think, they take such random decisions that i won't be surprised if they included the song just because they wanted
