People are free to express their opinions about things, but other people are free to express how stupid/offensive they think that original person's opinions may be. Yay freedom of expression!

Gaga's already responded. She shaded Katy, Ke$ha, and probably Pink for mooching off of the self-loving theme of her album with their more recent singles. Indirectly, but it was obvious who she was referring to.

I never said she wasn't allowed to have an opinion. But if her opinion is attacking my fave (which she has done on multiple occasions), I'm not going to sit around and go "Oh well poor Katy, she's just stating her opinion and getting attacked, what a martyr."
I could give two ***** whether her words have an impact on Lady Gaga's work or not, or if they have any bearing on anything at all. I have the right to respond to them however I want, since you want to play that game. I'll continue to trash her and call her out on her ********, because it's my opinion and I can "voice it to whoever I want."
