I think it's actually great to let the song stall for a while, they knew the song was going to generate the sales it needed for the first week and coast for the next 2-3 weeks. The video is going to give it it's spike and give the song a fresh "outlook" and give the listener a new experience. If it were to constantly sell 200K per week then what is even the point of releasing a video or doing promo.

I feel like they're still negotiating whether she should or shouldn't perform at the Grammy's. Which doesn't make sense... if the choreo is that great, just organize another epic performance and let the girl do her thing. Why do they have to make everything so complicated?
Very possible. I mean, the single has no video out and its exploding as if it has a video out and she's promoted for it. By the time the video explodes, it should be top 5, maybe in 2 months #1.
Anthony Kerty is right, but I think you have a veery good point. I mean, its doing great without promo or video, and it has NO competition! I'm standing for a Top 3, rihanna, katy and bruno are TOO HIGH, and enrique, taylor and pitbull are rising.

None of this stuff was even officially confirmed -- I understand anger about getting your hopes up, but it doesn't mean Jive doesn't know what they're doing.....maybe something like this was NEVER in their plans to begin with.
Regardless, I truly do believe the Grammy's performance is happening.
