Your speculation is wrong, Newt. GH and Hymne both flopped. The problem is really within the Utada Kingdom.

It's really sad seeing her decline gradually now. Im a fan of her's and honestly, her materials ***** on anyone in Japan (EXCLUDING the English stuffs ). I guess the much-needed break is quite a necessity to refresh everyone's mind from Utada over-saturation.

Kumiko is the one who decided to shade her entire 35 and up fanbase and effectively silence her career. Her wig is FIRMLY grasped by Kana at this very moment

I can talk all I want because Utada isn't releasing anything for the next few years. Her last album is going to sell about 430k-460k. we'll see where Namie is at that point.
