I see where you're coming from, yeah, but I guess the label isnt too worried about the single covers, they are worried about videos, singles being chosen, and etc.
I think Rihanna's team is being very smart, they understand that the song S&M is a sexy song, so switch it up a bit, give it a different single cover, and make the video (fun).
Its mind control maybe?!
