What determines these points? I don't know, I just thought that if she was doing well in over what? 13, 14, 15,16 countries (especially here in the US) then I thought that she would go to number one with no problem. Maybe she can claim it next week? She could still do pretty well in the US since she is still number one on iTunes and she will have the UK and Japan for next week.
