Fading don't sound so ballad-ish to me. I thought it was a midtempo but either way it could pull a Shut Up and Drive type of success

+1. Everything about that song is just exceptional. Her vocals have never been that good in a ballad and the production is just beautiful but God knows it needs a ton of promo if it were to be released as a single. All ballads do tho. I don't think Riri would care less about her >4th single which is a low point of CKB being a single.

Yess, I agree, the song is a musical masterpiece! Her vocals are really really out of this world, and she sings it with so much emotion. I dont think this song would need much PROMO. It will blow up like BGDC, or Irraplaceable, the critics will love this song!! Its Grammy worthy!
