The only artists who have debuted with over 400k with singles are Eminem, Flo Rida and BEP. I've mentioned Eminen, Flo Rida can try his entire life and he won't be able to sell 400k in 5 years, BEP never debuted with over 400k with an album, and I doubt they ever will. It'll take a long time for someone to get in that list. GaGa is the only artist that could do it now, but she hasn't debuted with more than 400k with either albums or singles yet, it's questionable. We'll see.
