This is happening because Jive or whoever messed up the release. This would happen to any song by pretty much any artist if it was released like this; it has little to no airplay, no promo and no music video. The UK doesn't work like the rest of the world on music, people need to realise that. Like TinkerbellBritney said before, there is a reason it was supposed to be released in February.
