Me, I only care about Thalía and Gabriela Spanic. The soap operas with lessor actresses can stay the hell away from my country.
There are only 1,440 minutes in a day so across those two company’s stations Britney was getting played once every 1.18 minutes.
Add in that she shot to the top of the iTunes chart and it is easy to say that Spears has a bona fide hit on her hands and all of this doesn’t count the hundreds of thousands of plays she is getting on YouTube.

I don't listen to radio anymore but I haven't heard anything about 'HIAM' debuting. We always get late releases though, I don't think the song is premiering before the end of January.
