It depends, we will know when we know, because some radios have more impact than others, just like the time of the day, so it's not exactly about the # of plays.
Pretty much! A song can premiere on a radio station, but not receive an official release to the entire format for another week or two. Not every will have the single when it tries to give a premiere. It takes time for ALL stations to receive the song from labels.
