Vin, if you purchase more than one copy of the song, only one of them will chart.
In order for the rest to chart as well, you need to gift them to people. I don't know exactly how you do it, but you need the email address of the person you want to gift it to. And they must also have an iTunes account with that same email to receive the gift.
