As far as the bass/production it's definitely hard-hitting. I liked that part the most. I wouldn't say it's light-hearted, but it's 'dark' in that Britney-Breathe on Me sort of way. Definitely very sexy. To answer what someone else said, her vocals weren't extremely auto-tuned, and I loved the tone on it. Good harmonies, etc.
The vocals took me back on first listen. She definitely took her time and got them right. The chorus is amazing. It wasn't really repetitive to me, the lyrics were actually really good from what I can tell. Very 'quotable'.
