The press release that JIVE circulated said the following:

The press release made it seem like just the U.S., but I'm sure it's everywhere, but a few countries....like the UK. They always get the last release date for some reason when it comes to Britney.
(Technically it won't be an all-nighter since it's released at night, but oh well).
