My definition of a Top member is someone who doesn't have a crazy obsession with is idol, who is loved and hated, doesn't have to be some1 who is always replying quotes or attacking others ATRL members, has to be someone who is noticed even if it makes a little post, and yes that Top member needs to know when it's right or wrong, and not thinking that is always right and less not to think that is idol it's god or something and have sense of humor! and don't take all too serious
