You know what that means, right? In 24 hours, she has more views on her single cover than what GaGa posted on her Twitter on New Year's. I'm jus' sayin'.

And yes, that is exactly what they're doing! I don't know about anyone else, but Twitter is down for me at the moment, so they're doing the same thing, I'm sure.

I don't think the single will plummet down to the mid twenties, but I'm not sure if it will be #1 because the single will have only a week of airplay and Firework and Grenade are huge right now (with both digital sales and airplay combined).

Hold It Against Me would have to sell at least 350k copies and I'm not sure if that could happen. But I still hope she can get her 4th #1 on Billboard Hot 100.

I don't think she will sell more than 300k in her first week tbh. She hasn't been anywhere talking about her upcoming album, first official info we got was yesterday, 4 days before the single debut; she's also been pretty much out of the spotlight lately... and I doubt she will perform anywhere next week.

Maybe If they were smart and she showed up to talk about the single in a few big stations around the country, like KIIS and z100, but I doubt it. I just hope they have something big planned for next week and that's the reason she's been so ~absent lately... before Womanizer she had these huge appearances to create hype for the single, i.e. the VMAs, but this time it just feels like the label is releasing a single and she's at home unaware of it all.

My guess is she'll sell around 250k and debut Top5... and then everything will depend on whatever promotion they have planned, if any.

Don't take me wrong I'm a Britney stan but realistically I don't think there's much hype for this single outside of her fanbase. There's not as much hype as there was for Womanizer, that's for sure.
