Jive never pushed anything back because they never confirmed a date.
But z100 executive confirmed recently that the track will be released this coming jan. 7th and because of unknown reasons ( maybe because of WTH? )they decided to pushed it back.

"Womanizer" over "Gimme More" and "Piece Of Me" over "Circus" should be a sin.
"If U Seek Amy" and "Get Naked" are both equally brilliant while being extremely different.

I don't know why people are arguing about Circus and Blackout.
They have very different sounds and Britney was obviously in two very different places when she made each album. Blackout is edgy club music while Circus favours Britney's pop roots.
They are both fantastic albums imo but both different with entirely different feelings.
I love both Circus & Blackout equally!!!
