Okay.. I'm a bit late in listening, by 1am everyone in my house except me was sleeping so I didn't get a chance to listen to the song until now.. and I have to say it's GREAT!
The chorus is just.. wow. One of the best I've ever heard, and the verses sound so normal and yet fun at the same time, and then when it just goes to the chorus you just want to go crazy and jump up and down.
That's the kind of effect an amazing song has. I hope this goes #1. I knew this was gonna be a great song, I played the preview a bunch
of times just to hear the chorus and I knew that even if the verses sucked that the chorus would still make it better.. but it didn't matter anyway since it all worked out.
Since it's the only new song of 2011
so far.. Avril is automatically #1 in my book!
This is going to be a slayerrr. It may have quite a bit of competition where it counts, but I can't see that making much of a difference. 3 minutes and 39 seconds of pure pop gold. Amazing way to start 2011 in music.
... this is actually good, exactly the kind of song i was expecting. I can see myself jamming this for a few weeks, and radio playing the hell outta this, it sounds just like everything on the radio.
