Isn't Rihanna the best selling Female Artist in the UK for 2010??

I mean Loud sold 800k and will probably sell another 100-120k which would bring its total to around 940k maybe with (exact sales)?

Rated R sold about 225k in 2009. It's at 600k now. so, 375k this year.

So her total would be around 1.8 million right??

Avril Lavigne: 'Rihanna sample is awesome'
Avril Lavigne has claimed to be honoured by the sampling of her track 'I'm With You' on Rihanna's latest album.

The Canadian popstar's 2001 hit is featured in the song 'Cheers (Drink To That)' from Rihanna's mega-selling record Loud, and the Barbadian singer previously shared her hope that Lavigne would re-record her vocals for the tune.

When asked by Entertainment Weekly to comment on Rihanna's use of her work, Lavigne replied: "It was really exciting because 'I'm With You' is one of my favourite songs that I've done, I always love performing it.

"I think Rihanna's awesome. She has great songs, she's a really great singer, so yeah I was excited about the track. I think it's really cool."

Lavigne recently stated that she is "anxious" to release her long-delayed fourth album Goodbye Lullaby.
