This thread is promoting and linking the images to people who may not have seen it otherwise. I think taking it to a staff member via PM would be the right way to deal with this situation.
Watch it take 24 hours and then instead of just permabanning the member they close the entire thread. Then watch them complain about Rihanna stans infiltrating the site after taking away THEIR space to chat. This is the likely system.
