Honestly, as a record label owner, i would wait to sign him. I'd advise him to wait until he's older because with his current voice, you can't tell if he's going to be a marketable artist when he hits puberty. If he doesn't listen, then whatever. But i wouldn't sign him until i'm sure that he'll make a good profit for my label.
