No. He said that "Don't Hold It Against Me" is not a song, but they wrote a song called "Hold It Against Me" + the leaked lyrics are fake. Like Louie said, highly doubtful the 1st single is announced through a tweet confirming a song that was simply written.

I think the single will do great if released digitally on January 3rd, like 300-350k

and normally good if past mid-January like 250-300k...

and the album? Predictions?

I predict 400k (I feel 400k such a low number when it comes to Britney, but it's March and she's not a sales magnet like she was the Oops!...I Did It Again era when she pulled 1 million in May), but I'm hoping she'll add more titles to her 500k record with this

400K is indeed low to Britney BUT it's March and as you said she isn't like Oops era, I still hope we (fans) can give her a big first week sales.

Considering shes releasing in March, and depending on the first single, i would guess anywhere between 200k-400k.
