I'm not a critic myself but judging from the scores and reviews from critics, Ke$ha is clearly losing at that department, I won't even lie. You can refer to Grammy's nomination list and Metacritic, those are made from the reviews by professional critics.

I think critics are pointless really, it's all a matter of opinion.
An album will a terrible critic score isn't going to stop me from buying. And an album with high critic score isn't going to make me want to buy it.
