I am a hardcore runner as well. Everyday at 6 am I go running. Well not lately because it has been really cold outside. When I get the chance I do. I try and go to the gym 5 days of the weeks, and I can honestly say that I spend about 6 hours of running each week.
When I run, I feel like I escape, I have no worries, etc...
Especially when you're listening to your favorite songs. A song can give me so much energy when I'm on the roads.

Wow that's alot of training. I'am a track runner, Tuseday and thursday track sessions, Sunday in the winter hills/other things and track in the summer, Monday Friday Gym work i only started that this year tho, I was to young to do weights before. Wednesday circuits and Saturday is my day off
