I know that with singles, you can download up to three times before it starts counting as one sale, but I'm not sure if it's the same with albums.

The dates change a lot... you would have to align it with her release date.

Really? I know that when it comes to singles if you buy the EP and it has 5 (this is just an example) versions of the song then it will count as 5 sales.
