i'm not listening til i get the full deluxe album, but reading some of the comments, i'm 99% sure that the stuff being said (eg. "this doesn't sound like a rap album") are addressed in at least one song on this album. probably "fly'.

The production on each song is top notch - I never get bored regardless.
I wonder if the direction of the album would have changed if Massive Attack succeeded though...

I'm not comparing Pink Friday to rap albums, or her previous mix-tapes....and with that in mind, I think this was a nice debut album. It never gets slow or boring - Nicki's personality shines through - her charisma, and ultimately her flaws and fears. <33
