Beanie is one of the cutest and most random songs I've ever heard. Manifesto is a perfect study song it's chill while being incredibly exciting.

The latest stuff reminds me of Franz Ferdinand which is a very good thing. But their older sound is different--here's an example, "If I Ever Feel Better:"



I'm not sure if this is an accurate reflection of their earlier work as a whole because I have never listened to any of their albums from before 2009 in full. But I love them either way.

This was the first song I heard by them then fell in love instantly.

It is dotted with memories of playing PS2 because I think it was on the soundtrack of Gran Turismo 4.

You know, my brother gave me Modest Mouse's first album. It's just TOO WEIRD for me. But I have never explored their more recent work and I always forget that "Float On" is their song. If their other stuff is like that, then I do like them.
