Sometimes less is more. Releasing a double-disc album with thirty tracks is too much, it would be a case of trying too hard.

Exactly. If every track on the album was amazing then it would be a waste. It would be impossible for them all to stand out, she can only release 4 or 5 singles max from the record. If she has some material left over then she should save it for her third album. Some people are being short-sighted, she has to think long-term. An album with a smaller amount of tracks will leave her fans wanting more and it would give them more incentive to purchase her records in the future.

If they decide to release an album with 20 songs on it and all the songs turn out to be flawless, some songs will be out-shined even though they're excellent.
That's just a terrible waste of potential hits.
