I have discovered the problem, it has to do with the way our MySQL server is setup. I am way to tired to continue working on it today, and will try to continue working on it tomorrow after i get off work until then you will have to make do with it.

Did we just get held off of maintenance!?!?!

It said it was going to happen in the little yellow bar above.. now that sentence is gone and it's 1 minute after it should be time!!!

lol, that message got screwed up because of daylight saving time ending (I HATE DST) and I happened to notice it while it was up. I pushed it back to an hour from now (3:30 a.m. eastern), which is the actual maintenance time.

P.S. I totally think the maintenance should be at like 6 a.m. eastern, I'm still awake at 3:30 pretty often, f--'d up as that is.
