Sounds like something a Britney fan would make up. Her birthday? That's a bit unimaginative seeing as how she just did that for Circus.

And she's in the midst of recording her new album... I find it hard to believe they'd set a date and offer a pre-order when the album isn't even done.

I'm not buying it. That has to be fake because if we had an album coming on Dec. 2nd (A WHOLE THURSDAY THIS YEAR MIND YOU) we would have had a single by now for sure! No way she releases a new album in three weeks from now. This is too obvious that it is a fake.

Knowing how many times people come up with stories regarding Brit's album, this could be false. However, what I'm taking away from the story is that the single will be released on Dec. 2nd - not the album.

I could see the single dropping in December.

Womanizer came out in September, Circus came out in December. That's almost 4 months.

The new single could come in December and the album could come out late March or early April. *nods*

I think it's coming sooner than they're trying to lead us to believe. I don't think they're in the "very early stages". I think they're like half way done with it. Team Britney is sneaky and they like to surprise us.
