Rihanna took to the stage of Saturday NIght live and sung two songs for her fans from the new album. One of the songs was the Only Girl (in the World). While this song was sung with just as much enthusiasm, the other song she took to the microphone to sing, 'What's my Name' sounded better with the small stage.
The Only Girl (In The World) seemed to have a bit of a sharp echo to the performance which made the viewers winch just a bit when she hit any high notes of the performance. It also had her wearing a costume that didn't flatter her by any stretch of the imagination (no, we are serious.)
While Rihanna is a talented performer, there isn't any doubt last night on Saturday Night Live she had a hit and miss show. One single that was outstanding and the other that should be swept under the rung.
