Well people with contacts like Kirill & Christian got told it was fake but people thought that it could be a cover up, then Bowie's site said:

HOACC could still be real though because of the tweet she made ages ago about making tracks with fernando "like a hooker on a church corner". That's probably where the person who made the sheet got the idea from.
