Brandy - Human
I love everything by Brandy, but Human is my fave of hers! Even though Brandy herself has said that the album could've/should've been way better, it's groundbreaking and full of meaning and emotion. It's deeply relate-able for nearly anyone. I believe it's her most inspirational album to date, and every song on there is deeply moving! It's just a very heartfelt album. "A Capella (Something's Missing)" and "Right Here (Departed)" are two songs that I can relate to and that have helped me in my life. "Human", additionally, is a song in which anyone can relate! "Warm It Up (With Love)" is another song with great soul and meaning to it. "Long Distance" is, IMO, Brandy's best music video of all time, and is also an amazing song that many can relate to. "Gonna Find My Love", a deeply moving bonus track where Brandy first introduces her rap persona, gives hope to those who have trouble finding the right one. This album is just breathtaking in every single way!
Also, the many spectacular live performances of "Right Here (Departed)" as well as "Long Distance" drew me in even more!
