She did, "Only Girl" sold almost 250K and "Take A Bow" sold a little over 250K, but it was in their opening weeks though.

Nothing from her first album cracked 200K digitally, on "Umbrella" she had Jay-Z and "Disturbia" was a big seller, but barely cracked 100K.

I'm not sure about "Rude Boy", though it's a long shot.
