But it made Top 10. That is really all I am concerned about, because I know the album will smash worldwide. Unfortunately., She Wolf's sales kinda contradict the whole Latin fans argument.
"She Wolf" was amazing, but it was also in English. I think a lot of fans felt upset about that.
doo-wops and hooligans deserved so much more then #3 on Billboard 200
Honestly, he should be grateful for the sales he got. At the very least, he has a chance to avoid falling in the "big hit, no album sales" category with Jay Sean/Iyaz/Jason DeRulo/Taio Cruz/etc.

Why do you compare him to them? They are nothing alike!!! I think his sales are OK considering most of the songs were already all over internet since May and even before, and also don't forget the album was initially a mixtape available for free on the net. I just pray he will stay steady and hopeffully if Grende is a hit ,he wil go Gold. I so want that to happen.

What is that supposed to mean? They're all R&B or hip hop-infused "ethnic" male pop stars who scored #1 hits with their debuts. They may not be exactly alike, but the comparison are inevitable.

well i wasn't trying to be rude or sthing, it was a genuine question, I really wanted to know why the comparisons since it's the first time I heard of it and I don't find any similarity. Plus they are totally pop as far as I'm concerned.
