I said: "Radar" is a video from "Circus". And it is a video from "Circus" and counts towards "Circus" era views cause the video is in no way connected to the "Blackout" era.
And they only list the videos that passed 100 million views on all streaming sites which all the videos from "Blackout" failed to do.

"Kill The Lights" is hands down the best song on "Circus", next to "Womanizer", "If U Seek Amy" and "Unusual You", maybe "Circus" too. It's the best Britney song in ages and one of her best songs.

Blackout chaged my like, it made me from a normal stan to a crazy hardcore psychotic stan. It's Britney's most important album for me. And i'm not here for bitches who don't appreciate it's epicness.
