So how do you open the video to make the GIFs? Do they come up layer by layer? Cuz if that, then all you have to do is select all the frames and change the speed to like 0.1 frame per sec I think.

No he should click the tiny side thingy that has lines like paper. Once he clicks it then the option to select all will come up after that click on the number sequence on one of the frames and change it to no delay. If you(he) did it correctly all the frames should have the exact time like the one you(he) just did it to.

Yea, that's what I meant. I keep referring to them as layers but I meant animation frames.
