The Bambi Awards is the biggest entertainment award show in Germany, it awards entertainers from music, tv, movies, books, authors, sports, most of things that construct German culture via media and public, It was on its 61st ceremony, It's a respected award, not just some simple highly-irrelevant local award show (although it's local, it is an important prize).
