I have to say while I love Ayu almost everyone even her fans know that her vocals at this point are terrible. She's deffo not seen as a vocal diva and most of her fans actually want her to lipsync her tour or pre-record which she does.

Her vocals are not what they used to be but they're far from terrible.
I saw her perfomance of crossroad and I think she did a really good job.
