LMAO ... are you really not aware that Spanish music is waaaay more popular than Japanese music in the U.S.?
There have been plenty of songs sung solely in Spanish that have charted on the Billboard Hot 100. Not to mention there's a chart on Billboard devoted to Spanish music (Hot Latin tracks) and let's not forget the Latin Grammys.
You don't see a Hot Japanese Tracks chart on Billboard do you? & what about a Japanese Grammy's?
Just look at the number of Latinos in the U.S. entertainment industry versus the number of Asians.
Americans are much more accepting of Latinos than Asians. Latin accents are considered sexy while Asian ones are considered akward.
