Or are they, and I just wouldn't know since I've never viewed their page while having an account and being logged in? Because when I look at, for ex, Lady Gaga's or anyone else's twitter, I see like...everything.

Its more like, whenever you go to a Celebs page when you are NOT signed in. It will not display every tweet they have made nor the full amount of followers and other data like that. That is because it will not update everything right away. It will only update in real-time IF you have an account. That's the only reason I have one, its not like I use it
