I don't get why Britney would design her own fashion line with Candie's, put out another perfume, appear on 2 magazine covers, and do Glee.... with no album ready to come out. Makes no sense.

She's working out her image... She needs to have it fully recovered for her next release, now that the comeback hype won't push it (like it did with Circus)...

And her doing so many promotions right now and her album not dropping until next year, can only mean she will have big-sized promotion when the era officially kicks off...

I say drop her single by the end of December. It will be the first single to pass the million mark on it's debut. Then have the album released 2 weeks after the 2nd single, around March-April.

If it's released on Christmas, with the right amount of promo, you never know. Besides, it's Britney Spears, it wouldn't be a surprise to anyone. And last Christmas, I think, the #1 single passed 600k and it wasn't even it's debut.

If it's released, and pushed excessively in it's release, it could come close. "Tik Tok" got 600k+, being huge on radio and everyone loving it. Of course, that wasn't the debut week. After Christmas is a huge sales week. iTunes users have gotten multiple gift cards to use up, and if Britney's single is hyped up to the max + already circulating radio before then, it'd have a massive debut.
