After being released on November 28, 2008, Circus (album) was certified GOLD on 12/18/2008 in France according to this link. You need to have 100,000 shipped in order to be certified platinum in France with SNEP.

its time they air a promo for the episode! can't wait for a week hope they give us a "britney" teaser! and a dance performance please.! but not getting my hopes up. from the plot of the episode it looks really boring but i hope they give her justice!.

The season premiere of Glee hits the air tomorrow at 8/7c on Fox, but we’ve already got details on the highly anticipated Britney Spears episode which is slated to air on September 28th. We already know Spears herself will be appearing in the episode along with some of her chart-topping hits like “…Baby One More Time” and “Toxic,” and she says, “Working on Glee was an amazing experience.” Well now we have word on the episode’s plot too thanks to a press release from Fox. In the Britney/Brittany episode, Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) insists that the glee club perform adult contemporary music at the school assembly, but the kids have other plans. As New Directions mounts its campaign to perform Britney Spears’ greatest hits, they learn that their own Brittany (Heather Morris pictured above with Ms. Spears) has a connection to the famous performer. Meanwhile, Will meets Emma’s (Jayma Mays) new love interest, Dr. Carl (John Stamos), who sparks a rivalry between the two men as they vie for her attention. Glee airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Fox.

What I really hate about this Britney episode on Glee is that Matthew Morrison, who is a Britney hater, changed the story to make his character also a Britney hater and he will shade Britney the whole episode, just watch

@Vini, the other episode description said he doesn't want to do her cause she is "too edgy" so I doubt he will be saying crap like "she isn't an artist" and all those other tired arguments...just that her music is to risque for the school assembly.
