Yes, she is going to perform on the X Factor this year. It will be her fifth UK #1, that will tie her with Beyonce and Britney. If they release it in October it will be one of the biggest sellers in the UK this year, I hope she doesn't release at the same time as Cheryl.

They screened them on Monday for the first time though. I thought she was the highlight of the night with the exception of Florence + The Machine. The show as a whole was incredibly underwhelming.

No, but there's speculation. Simon wants her on the show, if she releases a new single this year then it is guaranteed that she's going to be on the show. She's going to be in the UK at that time anyway.

she seems so confident arrogant (call it like you want) about this work...

she hyped bad romance and the fame monster so high and she didn't disappoint me.. hopefully she'll have an amazing album this time too

I don't think she is being arrogant about it, she's very self-assured but that's not always a bad thing. It's good that she is so confident about this record because that way we know she's producing her best material. There's plenty of big stars that can't handle the pressure once they make it big, and that destroys their creativity. GaGa is taking it all in her stride.

I recorded it on Sky+ so I didn't end up watching it all, I just skipped through to the parts I wanted to see.

i hope :
- no videos like telephone or alejandro for the first singles.. even though telephone is an amazing video it's too long and we need something like bad romance... alejandro failed in all the aspects ( too long, too annoying, too madonna, too religion ecc)...
- the first single doesn't sound too much like another song.. so i don't want something like dance in the dark or alejandro ( even though alejandro is sooooooooo great)
- she uses the grey wig

I think it's stupid that some people are hard on her for being confident in her music.

If she doesn't love it how could she expect anyone else to?
She believes 100% in her talent and musical ability and that is how it should be.

yes. a lot of people find her arrogant..
i think sometimes the media ( twisting her words or taking things out of context) make her sound arrogant

but she never says " i'm better than and she never diss anyone"

i'm fine when she says this is the anthem of our generation , i want to change the world ecc because it's just her ambition.. she isn't trashing other singers

also she isn't the only one who hypes so much her things ( look at rihanna and her new thriller ecc)

I agree with regard to the videos. Bad Romance was her best video and it was effortless. I think that GaGa needs to grasp the concept the sometimes "less is more" when it comes to videos. I liked the video's for both Telephone and Alejandro, but they lacked the effortless feel of her earlier videos, and IMO they felt slightly contrived.
