No.
She didn't say "The album will be released in 2009." She said, "
in the next six to nine months." The album was released in the next six months, four months to be exact, as she stated.
Had she said "In six to nine months", that would be confirming 2009. But including "the next" gives it free-way for time before six months, and/or later. So they didn't "trick us".
However, I won't stop you from these delusions. Just saying, everything isn't speculation, especially with your ideas, and listening to them will stop you from getting hopes up 24/7.
