Tell me I'm wrong.
None of the last decade's performances nor ever can touch Britney's performances "Satisfaction/Oops!" and "Slave".
That is what VMA's are all about. Putting on a show with help of a great choreography and pulling off a mind-blowing performance leaving the viewers breathless.
Bey's "Baby Boy"/"Crazy in Love" medley in 2003 was good, but was missing something. The EMA's one shat though. And the "Ring the Alarm" one was great, but I don't really appreciate it much considering it's a 3 years late copycat of a Britney performance.

"Sweet Dreams/Single Ladies" medley last year was cute.
T.I., Pink and Xtina had good performances in 2008, but they were all mediocre.
And Usher and Justin had the best performances by a male with their two performances throughout the years.
