I think this album will be very similar to Nelly's Folklore, like elements of pop, folk rock, and probably some country. Will probably have a similar feel to her first albums, but more acousticy.

Oh i remember when she did an acoustic of Beautifully Broken on the L.O.V.E. tour
i saw ashlee today in nyc and asked her about the cd and what she meant by folky
she said folky was taken out of context and the album is NOT going to be like that. she said shes been working with indie writers here and really working on the writing. its gonna be mature bc she grown up and so have we and we know what to expect from her. i asked like fiona jewel alanis she said yeah and that shes been listening to stuff like florence and the machine as well so those should be big things for hear in her record. i asked if she was working wiht john again she stammered alot and said maybe. she seems really really excited about the cd and wants to get it out for the fans. i didnt ask if anything was recorded yet bc she kept saying over and over its being written right now. she said its going to be upbeat and fun of course and that she cant just stand there like how a "folk" singer would.'..she also told me to post this on the internet somewhere for her fans and i figured this was the best place.
whoever runs this webstie now, put this on the main page everyone deserves to know the truth bc it seems in my opinion were getting a sequel to autobiography and that this cd is going to be amazing and she deserves a shot without someone twisting it around what her sound really is gonna be.

I need another album like Autobiography...I love all of her albums, but Autobiography is probably one of my favorite albums ever It's just too much epicness. I need Love me For Me 2.0 NOW.
Well, could be upbeat but different than BW cuz this time Timbaland is so far away from Ashlee. Now that i'm seeing that article, i guess she will try a Katy Perry or Ke$ha sound and will have some Autobiography feel, it will be very mixed.
