Oh, and Marnie, about the iTunes vids... use Free Video To JPG Converter 1.4.2.1. to get the caps, but only that version, cause every other is a damn mess.

It will convert any video file to caps.

And about the youtube videos... use http://keepvid.com/ and download them in the highest .mp4 quality possible and if it asks to run Java before downloading, say 'yes'.
